Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the website. Once cancelled:

Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
You will not be charged again for renewal after the current cycle ends.
Access to features will remain available until the subscription expiry date.

Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a monthly payment is made, it cannot be refunded, fully or partially.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of the purchase date. However, the refunded amount will be deducted by the cost of one month based on the current monthly plan rate. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from the purchase date.

Example:
If you purchase the Pro Annual Plan on January 1st for $180, and the monthly Pro plan costs $20/month:
- You are eligible for a refund if you request it by January 30th.
- You will receive $160 ($180 - $20 for one month usage).
