RadRocket.AI is an AI-powered tool designed to assist in generating radiology reports. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or advice. The tool is intended for support use only and should not replace professional judgment of a licensed medical practitioner.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating any report output. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments & Billing

RadRocket.AI uses Stripe to process payments. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All payments are billed in accordance with the selected plan. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing or billing terms with notice.

5. Data Privacy

We respect your privacy. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure the best possible experience for all users, RadRocket.AI offers Unlimited AI Report Generation and Unlimited AI Dictation under its Pro and Premium plans, subject to the following Fair Usage Policy.

Purpose

This policy ensures fair use of resources, system stability, and reliable performance for all users.

What’s Allowed

• Active, individual use by a single radiologist per account
• Reasonable usage aligned with daily clinical workflows
• Use for genuine diagnostic and reporting needs

What’s Not Allowed

• Sharing login credentials with multiple users
• Automated bots or scripts to generate/dictate reports in bulk
• Use for non-clinical academic dataset generation or third-party reselling
• Unusually high-volume use (e.g., hundreds of reports/day)

Monitoring and Enforcement

We monitor usage to detect abuse. If misuse is suspected, we may:

• Reach out for clarification
• Temporarily restrict feature access
• Suspend or terminate accounts in cases of confirmed abuse

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to RadRocket.AI are the property of RadRocket or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitations of Liability

RadRocket.AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding the Service’s accuracy, reliability, or suitability. In no event shall RadRocket.AI be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
